Refunds and Returns Policy


If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed, we are more than happy to offer a full refund as long as work has not commenced on your order or product. A part refund may be offered if work has commenced on your order.

If you are not satisfied, you will have 7 days from the receipt of the item(s) to return/exchange any unwanted merchandise.

To return your purchase:

1: Email before returning any merchandise to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

2: You will be emailed an RMA number. Print the authorization and place it in your package with your return items.

3: Return the package to Simply for Flying c/o Bronwyn Darnoc, 50 Andersons Creek RD, East Doncaster, VIC 3109 Australia

4: Simply For Flying will send you an email confirmation once merchandise is recieved.

*Items should be in unused/new condition and in its original packaging when possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of product.


Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.

We can not be held responsible for damage during transit beyond our control.
